Warder & Associates is a design/build team exclusively working with projects related to Houses of Worship.We stand ready to assist the religious community in every step of actualizing their vision, from creation of their mission and vision through permitting and construction.
Warder & Associates acknowledges the right of all good people to build a house of worship for the glory of God. To that end we are dedicated to providing the religious community with friendly, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and professional service, in creation of a facility that will serve generations to come.

We believe that we are to fulfill an obligation to the religious community to be a missionary of high standards and integrity. We have an earnest appreciation of the need for value, so your important resources are not unnecessarily diverted from other vital outreach efforts.

As Construction Managers, we pledge ourselves to Open Book Costing, so that the building committee can clearly see the costs involved in the bidding process so they will be aware of the cost factors that go into their project.

We have an obligation to deal honestly and fairly with those who are also in the design and construction industry. We will not engage in shady and underhanded business practices or, in any way, misrepresent their business practices or services.
