The addition and renovation process:
   

     Any demolition work is about 90% finished.    
     The concrete footings and foundation are almost complete with minor work to be done in the basement.

     The masonry work is almost complete...almost 100%.
     The siding work is in process.

     The carpentry work is also almost completely finished.
     The plumbing rough-ins are in process.

     The electrical work is substantially complete.
     The roofing & Sheet metal work is in process.

     The glazing has been completed.
     The windows are in place and the doors are on site.

     HVAC rough-ins are complete.  The indoor air handler is set in place.
     Electrical rough-ins are a little over 50% complete.

     The under slab work is in place and inspected.  
     Sewer and water is in process.
     
     The kitchen cabinetry contract has been awarded.
     The sprinkler system contract is awarded.

     Side wall planking and roofing scheduled to start week of November 5th.
